SP3D, Inc. - Co-Founder, Executive Creative Director:

Oversee operations at high-tech creative agency. Manage all aspects of media development for interactive media, radio, TV, and print marketing campaigns. Create winning proposals, define design and development processes, and deliver client presentations.

Consult with clients on budget allocation, integration of emerging technologies, research and design strategy. Continually surpass campaign and project success goals. Clients include AOL/Time Warner, McGraw Hill, Atomz, Intel, Oracle, HP, ZDTV, Wells Fargo, Siemens and others. Work re-published by Peachpit Press, C|Net and IDG.


1996–1997
SOFTBANK NetForums – Director of Design and Technology:

Managed on-line design and development team that built and maintained business event marketing sites. Worked with Ziff-Davis and Softbank partners to optimize co-branded identities. Brands managed include IBM, Sun Microsystems, Networld + Interop and Seybold Seminars.

Evaluated technical design strategies and presented evaluation results and recommendations to senior Softbank Management. Oversaw team that implemented over $300,000 worth of design and functionality improvements to “Event Planner” application. Reported directly to Softbank Forums CEO for specific application development. Created content management partnership that resulted in a combined software and development savings of over $80,000.


1989–1995
Digital Mastering Engineer:

Compiled, edited and mastered CD ROM, CDV, mixed mode CD's and Redbook audio CD's to appropriate standards for manufacturing. As Senior Audio Post Engineer, worked with video producers and directors on audio sweetening and mastering for layback to picture.


1984–Present
Record Producer:

Responsible for developing artists and optimizing recording budgets of $20,000 to $200,000 for Sony/CBS, MCA and Virgin Records.


1981–1989
Recording Engineer:

Music and audio post specialist. Clients include Lucasfilm Ltd., DeLaurentis Presents and Saul Zantz/Fantasy Film.
